CiCi's Pizza

I order three pizza one was not properly cooked and I called
To complaint because I ordered over the phone. I spoke to selma and she said being the pizza to view and make another I was like okay so I wait and call to make sure it's ready to pick up and blanca says not ready you never brought the other one and we
Are now closed so I tell her so now what she said we'll we need to see the pizza because over oven has a timer
I tell her you want me to take the pizza tomorrow so you can see it and then you decide if you make another one she says yes i'll be her tomorrow all day I tell her ok i'll keep the pizza her all night and wait for you to open tomorrow so I can take it so you can see it, just wanted to let you know how customers are treated and the staff needs to be retrained on customer service and to check the equipment every day to make sure it's cooking properly and to be bilingual they don't speak english I am not going to be there again with this treatment at laredo texas location what a disappointment
