Rodeway Inn Miami

My husband I stayed at the Red Roof Inn/Rodeway Inn in Laredo, TX off Zapata Highway. Well we have stayed there about 4 times and have never experienced a night like this one. We stayed there 12/13/19 first of all we had requested extra towels which we did not have. The coffee pot in the room did not work either, then while on the bed there was a roach crawling around on the head board later we saw another over by the coffee pot. We were so tired that we went to bed early but were awaken by a dog barking and barking. I called the front desk and I guess someone came to quiet the dog down. Then at 1:30 am were awakened again by several girls talking but at the top of their lungs so loud we could hear them clearly. We pounded on the wall and they quieted down. Then since hotel is under renovation, oh and our room was on the first floor so Saturday morning we didn't need an alarm clock since the workers woke us up by playing their truck radio super loud that we just decided to get up and leave. We thought as soon as we check out we will give the front desk clerk a piece of our mind. Well no one was at the front desk and if you called from the room they didn't answer either. Well sorry to say but we will NOT be staying there anymore.
