I stopped by this fast food chain to pick up dinner on our way to a softball game. We ordered two pieces of grilled chicken with a side as well as a fish meal. We had to place the order three times with three different representatives as none of them could figure out how to bring up a grilled chicken meal. We waited a significant amount of time 25minutes...then we were given a chicken sandwich and told but that's what they understood that we wanted. Although all three representatives including the manager on duty were instructed that we were ordering two pieces of grilled chicken. We proceeded to pull out of the drive through when my daughter noticed that there was no fish included. We then pulled back around and waited another 20 minutes until they were able to get the manager to come to the window and supply the missing items from our order! I will not be visiting this establishment again!

I went to Long John Silvers on Saddle Creek in Omaha, Nebraska and ordered extra shrimp and didnt receive the amount I ordered and I ordered onion rings and didnt receive them either. How come everytime I order food I always receive less not more. I will NEVER go back to Long John Silvers again because this is some B.S! PLEASE CONTACT ME AT sweetmoneyalexis@Aol.com
three different times in a three month period i get the same thing. two fish and more, one extra piece of fish, one corn...every time they forget something on the order...extra fish, or coleslaw, or the corn... it's always something that they forget...i bet if they were shorted on their check they be certain complain.
I went to the Long John Silvers at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I ordered the family meal with 6 fish/2 chicken. What I got once I got home and checked the order - 2 fish/6 chicken. The kids were upset and I was frustrated. I did not go back to the restaurant since I had worked all day and the kids were cranky. NEVER take for granted the order is correct from this restaurant or any place for that matter.

We had same issue with Long John Silver in South Mall @ Smoky Hills & Main in Aurora Colorado. We ordered carry out four Fish tacos and got only three. When we called them first they refused to admit and once they agreed upon they said we are not going to credit your card, you have to be hear in the store to get another taco.. Very Rude Customer Service...Very Rude Manager if she was a manager (TOA REE.) May be she didn't like us becuase we were non -whites.
Seriously? You didn't check your order until you got home? And when you did FINALLY check it, you didn't call Long John's Silvers so they could try to make it right and send you coupons for free food next time. Seriously stop ### about such a minor mistake before you even give the fast food place a chance to make things right.
I would also like to add that I have never work fast food, but I have worked retail, and I am tired of seeing people who have had a bad day and think that means everyone else is out to get them.
