To whom it may concern,
My experience at Pizza Hut was horrible! With this covid nonsense and other restaurants being open, it's unfortunate that you all are still not letting anyone in. I made this order online and sent my husband to pick it up. After waiting there for over 30 minutes the female that they had working there could not find the order, and said there was no order with that name. She continued to go back and forth 4 times. Finally my husband called me that they needed information. I took a screenshot of the order, along with my bank showing where the order had already been drafted. Finally she brought out the pizza she had been looking under a different name. I then called the restaurant and asked for a manager. The female that answered the phone said she was the manager and her name was Jessica. I proceeded to tell her what happened and that they had very dumb and incompetent workers working outside. She then said that she was going to hang up on me because she would not allow me to disrespect her employee, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Coming from being a manager myself, you never ever hang up on a customer. I would understand if maybe someone was using obscene language and yelling like a monster, but that did not happen. This Jessica needs more training in management along with dealing with customers. This is unacceptable and I will post what happened with this Pizza Hutt location on line. This is the first time that I'm doing this, only because at my place of employment this would be an automatic fire. You do not hang up on a customer. Since I've seen a lot of complaints along with consequences, I'm tired of this and since it happened to me, I'm going to stand my ground on her hanging up on me. Oh and another thing, I had a cold pizza by the time she found it. Did they warm it up? No! Did they offer a refund? No! Did they offer to make it right on the spot? Absolutely Not! I do live in a small community and every one knows everyone, this is just sad and disrespectful!
