So I have had a battery installed at Sam's club then about a week later the positive battery terminal caught fire. I have been trying to work with sam's/Walmart insurance and they have been very uncooperative and have been trying to take advantage of the situation. Audi Dallas called them 14 times and left voice mails everytime and never got a response from Scott Abbott from when this has started I have called him many times and never get a response unless I call him 3 times and email him. They lie about values of the cars even when they tell you the website they got the value from. I would not recommend bring your car in for any service or letting them change your battery it is a big risk that causes a lot of unwanted hassle.
Desired outcome: Would like to at least get fair value for my car or at least have them give me the money for the repairs
