Visited a location on Towneast Blvd in Mesquite Tx, to purchase a living room set. The associate bam is Gary & Manager involved was Rose. I was told that I could complete a purchase because order# 1394574 had my phone locked. It seem so strange I needed more information as to WHY. Ask to speak to management an it was a lady named ROSE. Ms. Rose had a very ugly, disrespectful attitude when I approached her about the situation. From slagging her hair, facial expression and fiber pointing in my direction. I was blown away. I manage to ask why was me an my family not able to complete the purchase an she stated she knew nothing was going on. That was a lie because she sent Mr. Gary out with a pamphlet for me to call customer care. I know it was more to this situation an it's unfair. So now I have to throw in the race card because it was not other reason for me NOT to able to make this purchase. We had ALOT of words following me being put out of the store once the mirror was turn in her direction. Meaning (showing her the same ugly attitude she shown me) while customers were standing around asking her questions as to why is this happening to my family. This was a racist act that Mr. Gary & Ms. Rose had against me an my family. We were humiliated infront of 10+ people. On July 13, 2021 (Today) I finally got spoke with someone after asking to be called back because of a long wait time bit was NEVER CALLED BACK. An I ask Brian & Ingal about the order#1394574 an I was told from both that it is a order number on a table we purchased in 2017 because it was delivered with a scratch. I was also told that this had no reason for me and my family not being able to purchase the living room set we desired. This was a racist act at its finest. Having spoke with upper management yet but would love to be contacted about this UGLY Disturbance.

I have been a customer in the past and now I am moving out of the area and decided to purchase furniture! I am now thinking I have made a big mistake, because the customer service within your organization is not the same as it was several years ago when we purchased a living room set from your organization. I made the mistake of getting credit with Rooms to Go and because of the service I am receiving before I make the purchase has made me think if I am not getting good customer service before the initial purchase, why would I want to spend my money with a company that do not value me before I make the purchase. I am a great consumer and value who and what I will spend my money on and with. So if Rooms to Go would like me as a customer, I would like a call back from someone within the organization that would like to know my concerns. [protected] and if not I am sure the pieces I found in your store can be found and purchased somewhere else. The internet is wonderful in finding what you need these days...
