When my family went to the 5850 Highway Six, Missouri City, Texas location, the take-out orders were always wrong; the staff is very, very rude; and the restaurant location at 5850 Highway Six, Missouri City, Texas is so filthy. They use old food that has been sitting out for HOURS, and the cook named "Brenda" is rude to the customers! Here is one of the reviews a customer wrote — "Have always enjoyed our Steak Fijita Cabana Bowls until today. Usually go to a restaurant in Katy. Today our order came back with hamburger meat instead of fijita in Missouri City. Took it back and the lady at the counter knew immediately that it was wrong. After about five minutes Brenda took the hamburger off our bowls and put it back in the drawer. (Yuck) and replaced it with fijita meat and placed our bowls on the prep counter. Another five minutes or so, but who's counting we go and pick them up. Our bowls were a little messy now. While eating we saw three more customers take their food back to the counter with their receipts. We ask who the lady in the blue shirt was (Brenda) and she came to our table. We told her we had watched what she had done and and didn't think it was very professional and she walked off without saying anything. We did get two more bowls before we left, but who is hungry after eating. An apology or I will be sure it doesn't happen again would have been nice, or a compted meal better still. What we wanted to begin with we gave to a couple who said they were hungry. The floors were dirty, tables needed cleaning." Another customer wrote, "This is the worst customer service ever. Anything u order is not made properly. We ordered 2 plates and got home to see that that was not in the bag. This is our last time going there. Have given them several chances and they have not gotten any better. Even the manager on duty today has no desire to provide any customer service. The entire restaurant is filthy. The health dept needs to b called." Another one said, "Cook was eating a taco and had food falling out her mouth on to food ready to be served this place is super nasty and the general manager Brenda did care one bit". A person who used to work there responded, "I worked there! It IS disgusting! The GM (black lady) Brenda is a b*! They reuse old food! Left out for hours, then use it! Roaches everywhere!" When I went with my dad to pick up an order a couple of times, the wait was so long that I collapsed and fell on my walker. I can only stand for about 5 to 10 minutes at a time, so my dad and I just left without any food. I couldn't stand up any longer. The next time my dad went to the 5850 location, he waited about 30 or so minutes for the order to be made, and even then, it was the WRONG ORDER! I am very disappointed in the 5850 Missouri City location! AWFUL SERVICE, DIRTY PLACE, LONG WAIT TIME, BAD FOOD, AND VERY, VERY RUDE STAFF!
