I placed a drive thru order on the evening of 7/28/2023 for a double Whataburger with everything but mustard sub mayo and onion rings. When I got home it was a double ketchup only and french fries. I called the store, but no one would answer, so I filled out the Customer Complaint website. On 8/3 I got a response from Whataburger Customer Care that someone would contact me within 3-5 days. That didn't happen, so I responded to the email 3 times all with no response. Maybe you can help.
