The pharmacist on kroger on north 16th street in orange texas has been making it hard for my schedule prescriptions to be filled. I had a rx sent by my md. Dr. Jones office 3 days ago and he wouldn't fill it till today. So I went to pick up today and it wasn't filled. So I was called a waiter. Well I waited at the store over 30 minutes just to be told it wasn't in stock. I was not called over intercom or nothing to save my waiting. As a matter fact, I made someone I was driving late for her job. They said it would arrive tomorrow. When I asked if they were sure, I was not allowed an answer. Since yall have hired this new pharmacist, he won't fill my rx till the day before I can have it. Correct me if I am wrong, the law says 72 hours. This pharmacist has done this to me several times. I fell he judges me for my medications. He wont talk to me personally which leaves me with taking it out on staff. I feel that he has made a judgement on me based on my rx. S. I never had a problem with this pharmacy before. I am disgusted. I paid for your rx. Caed to make my rx. Less and the girls have always worked with me on finding a better price. I really don't want to switch because of this and the fact I paid for your yearly discount card. I now am out of my med and he don't care. I am again saying that I think he is quite rude and displeases me. I want an apology for the wait I had when they could called my name over speaker to tell me he was out. Now I am being told tomorrow. Will this be another wasted trip, the 3rd. I am very discouraged. Do I need to switch pharmacies or can this be resolved?
Desired outcome: gET MY MEDS WHEN I GET SCRIPT NOT HAVING SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ME DECIDING WHEN TO FILL. AS I SAID I READ YOU CAN GET 72 HOURS.

RE: Code #1000 [protected] / [protected] On March 06, 2019 I made a click list purchase. When my groceries were broght to the car and the the young lady went over my bill, I brought it to her attention that the bill was much larger than what I had purchased. She told me to take the receipt home and look it over and call them if there was a problem. When I arrived home I checked the receipt and I immediately called them. When reviewing my receipt I noticed that they charged me seven (7) times for one (1) package of steak that I purchased. Overall they overcharged me $66.72. When I spoke to the manager over the click list, she promised that a gift card for $66.72 would be mailed to me and as of today (almost 4 weeks later) I have not received the gift card. I have called at least SIX (6) times pertaining to the gift card and I keep getting told that it was mailed. I only live 5 minutes from this store and I do not understand why it is taking so long to receive it. Generally, if something is mailed from an address in Orange to another address in Orange, it only takes a couple of days even if it is routed thru Houston. I have several medical issues and this service is a blessing to me, however, I am on a fixed income and if I have to constantly fight this battle, I will have no other choice than to start using the Wal-Mart online service.
Your immediate attention to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
