Pizza Hut

On today 02/16/21 I called the Pizza Hut in Palestine Texas and was attempting to place a to go order. I was told by the employee to call back after 4pm. I asked employee if they would let me order pizza, he assured me that I could. When I called back at 4:28 pm I was informed that the were not taking any more orders. Now one thing to note I had placed an order with a lady employee and we had almost completed it but she could near hear my order because her surroundings were very loud (people yelling). A male can to the phone and stated we are closed for the rest of the day. I told him about me trying to order food earlier. He simply said we are closed and hung up his phone. I have spoken previously to a female manager about an issue I had with my pizza not being cooked because the app was malfunctioning she told me that there was nothing she would or could do to mediate the problem. This is by far is the worst Pizza Hut I have attempted to eat out. Please investigate and not sweep it under the rug.
