I ordered two burritos at sonic store #2694 and specified in the app how much picante sauce I would need. When I called back to ask for more, since I did not receive but 3 picante sauces for two burritos the worker: “9997 OA Emplo” simply laughed and hung up on the stall.

Desired outcome: Talk to this worker and teach them manners towards their customers. We pay good money for your food and this was ridiculous.
Sonic Drive-In - Order Delivery
My mom and I went to Sonic, during happy hour, and ordered 2 large drinks. Another customer pulled up next to us and ordered chicken and a drink (we know that because our windows were down). Not only did the other customer get their order before us but it took 14 minutes for us to get our order.
I've worked at sonic and that would never have been acceptable. We weren't given an apology for delivery time, offered a discount, or anything. And when we left, the other side of the lot was empty.
