I ordered at the drive-up window and the cashier clearly read my order back to me:
It was: (1) Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Dry, Lettuce and Tomatoes only, small fry and a cup of water.
I received: (1) Fried Fish Sandwich WITH Mayo and Tomatoes Only, small dried out fries and a cup of water.
What made it even worse is that I waited at the pick-up window for 10 minutes before she handed me my food and I was late getting back to work and could not return to Whataburger to have them correct my order.
I am very disappointed right now in Whataburger. I know they can do better than this.
