Booked 2 nights at the best value inn/downtown market square in San Antonio Texas 78212 located at
900 N. Main Ave. check in date was 07/19/19 was suppose to check out 07/21/19 but unfortunately had to check out sooner due to the fact that my daughter and 4 year old grand daughter got bit by bed bugs. I myself woke up with a lump underneath my ear. Don't know if it that was a bed bug bite but I obviously got bit by something while staying at this hotel. But My daughter and grand daughter woke up the next morning with bedbugs sucking on them. We took pictures and even took video. There was also another strange bug my husband found in the restroom and also took pictures as well. Took the bed bugs in a cup to show the front desk staff And to check out and demand a refund for both nights. The night we had stayed and the night we were not gonna stay but were turned away. They told us they could not refund us nothing. We left and called Priceline and they told us due to the situation they were suppose to refund us right there and then. Priceline also contacted the hotel and the hotel straight up denied and said they had no bed bugs at their location. And also denied to Priceline about any customer complaining about bedbugs. We had just literally walked out of the place after complaining to them even showing them the proof. So we turned around and drove back to the place confronted the staff on why they would deny they had bedbugs and why they denied we had complained. They both got very upset. Started talking in their language which we could not understand what they were saying. Still denied they had bugs in their rooms. Asked for info how to contact corporate. We're told that they did not have that info. I am very very upset. We live in Odessa Texas. Traveled to San Antonio for my daughters 16th birthday never imagined we would go through this disgusting horrific situation. Specially with my 4 year old grand daughter also getting bit. I would like to request a refund for the amount of $186.16.

Americas Best Value Inn - your employee called me a [censored], [censored], flipped me off, among many other names
I went to the America's Best Value Inn located at 900 N. Main Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78212 on Sunday, October, 28, 2018 around 3:00 am to check into a room. Your employee said, "We do not check rooms to [censored]s." Then he continued on to call me a [censored] [censored], stupid [censored], and many other names while he jumped up and down flipping me off. He called my mom a [censored] [censored] & other racist names as well. He put his hands through the little hole in the window to flip me off. The person that he thought was my mom in the car was actually my daughter that he was shouting derogatory & racist words to out of the hole in the window. He is extremely unprofessional, ignorant, & rude. I am posting about this experience on all of your social media until it is resolved. I will never book a room at your hotel again. I also called Hotwire to let them know about my experience since I booked the room through Hotwire's website.

Stealing money off of my and my daughter card and she has never stayed there Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place.
