On June 9th at about 8:00 am the assistant manager that was on the ship used racial slurs calling me the n word stating that she don't have to sell me anything in the store just previously the day before she was in discussion with three other officers regarding black people and how they act in society however I explained to the lady the assistant manager if she mind hurrying up so that I can get the items that I need and leave about my business she got upset and told me that I would need a ID to purchase cigarettes now for approximately one year I've been coming to that store and had to show my ID one time in the same assistant manager who told me that it's okay I don't have to show her my ID any longer she know who I am has been selling me cigarettes for approximately a year since but today she tells me that she cannot sell me any cigarettes and will not sell me any cigarettes because of the what I had said to her the previous day I told her that you're discussing things about black people as if you are prejudice against black people and she stated I don't care what you say calling me the n word I don't have to sell you cigarettes and that your ID is expired and that gives her every right but I told her that did not matter the day before yesterday and all the other times yet you want to call me out of my name and say those things and now try to card me and say that my expired ID determines her not to sell me any cigarettes or give her the rights to sell me not to sell me cigarettes so I told her that an expired ID does not determine my age and I'll be filing a complaint he called me the N word again stating she don't give a f* she runs the store this complaint is a notice of my intent to file a 1983 complaint in summons the circle k corporation or company to court in the US Constitution in the constitution of Texas states that no one shall be discriminated against regarding sex race Creed etc and these are grounds for a civil complaint I will also file a complaint to the civil Rights division within the United States attorney General in Washington DC regarding this company and it's employees who are belligerent and reckless the address to this company is 506 Austin highway Alamo Heights Texas 78209
Desired outcome: You decide I don't wish no harm on no one but shouldn't no employee be working as an assistant manager in a public place where people spend their hard earned money
