On 8/7/2019 approximatly 1040pm I placed an order online to this location. I recieved an message back about 10 minutes later showing my order could not be processed. I called the store to find out if it had been or not. Someone picked up the phone and hung up. This was approximatly 1055pm. The store does close at 11pm. So I tried again and the phone just rang and no one answered. I called back again at 1157pm and someone answered stating "The store closed at 11pm, however Domino's is open till 12" then hung up. I was not sure if my order went through or not. My bank card showed the order was there. I did receive my order about 5 minutes later, however I was about to get a order from Domino's. The employee I spoke to should have taken my call since he answered the phone. I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut and will continue to do so. I feel as though the customer service issue should be addessed. I will also contact the manager in reference to this incident.
