I have used the online order service on numerous occasions at this location, and it never fails. I wait forever to get my order, no matter how big or small my order may be. Today just topped the cake for me. I waited nineteen minutes to get my food. I placed order [protected] at 12:47 pm & did not get my food until 1:06 pm. This is ridiculous. The manager said its "the screen" that doesn't work and they don't see the orders, if that's the case, then somebody needs to disable the ability to order online until this problem is fixed.
