Went to Valero to purchase some lottery tickets after work. I was the first in line and had clerk who was talking to someone behind the counter. She and him are having a major conversation because it seems i interrupted to help me with buying the tickets. I was needing assistance with price and tickets. And as I asked her to give me the prices for like three of them, she rambled the price for all up 10, 20, 50 dollar tickets. Which I didn't need. By this time with her behavior, now I have people behind and she is continuing to be sarcastic when I asked for her name and the guys name. He questioned what I was asking for and she commented " she wants it because we were talking" . when in fact it was because she was rude and needs training communicating with the public. I was then harassed by a customer behind me that was equally as rude and he's telling me to get out of the way because he's wanting to purchase a 12 pack of light beer. Which he already was drinking and driving to come to store to purchase . I asked her name and she said for me to step aside so she could take care of the ones behind me as she wrote it and told me to move.. And drunk behind me puts the 12 pack on counter to purchase without me being done. the clerks response of rudeness made it okay to have an uncomfortable outcome. And as i walked out of store the man told me aggressively want my name to ? and I will report his vehicle license to police for drinking and driving. Which he smelled of alcohol. I want disciplinary action taken upon this person I don't feel she is capable of giving the customer service that is required or responsible enough for a business. And it's unnecessary, unprofessional, and disgusting.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
