CiCi's Pizza - adv. price 3.99

Cicis Pizza is advertising 3.99 special on TV. I wnet to this store on Hwy. 6 cashier charged me $5.49 regular price I ask her 3.99 special, she call the Manager and he told me that we are not the participating store, I told him that company is adv. as 25th anaversary special ten he told me that they will start this promotion from Sunday, he was very rude and unprofessional. I ask me give me in writting he refused that, I ask him form his name he refused to tell me his name did not have the name tag on, he gave me on visiting card from the cunter
and left. They charge me the regular price. I do not knoe why Cicis Pizza is advertising on National TV to attract
customer and then cheat them buy charging regular price.

My wife and I go to Cici's once a week and never left hungry. Today we did. A full tour bus of men stop and let there passengers line up and come in. The line was out the door way into the parking lot. There was no pizza out besides not being able to get in line for food. We deserve a refund.

One night in March 2010 I dropped my 13 and 15 yr old off to eat with their friends at CC's which is located in a plaza. While eating more teenagers walked from the mall to CC's which is located across the streets. apparently some of the kids was standing outside the resturant and in various parts of the plaza. my kids had finished up eating and called me to pick them up which will take me no more than 5 mins. to get to the location they walked outside to wait for me and in that process an employee from inside of CC's came outside with one of his friends they preceeded to cuss the kids out and call them out of their names and then got into their blazer truck and drove through the parking lot at the kids as if they were going to run them over. One of my kids were standing on the sidewalk and the other had one foot on the sidewalk and one off the employee drove forcefully fast towards my son and he had to run farther onto the sidewalk to keep the blazer from hitting him. I arrived while the police was talking to about 10 of the kids that did not run. The police said he was speeding up into the parking lot because he got a call that it was a bunch of kids in the parking lot fighting and I lot of the kids ran and that the group of kids he were talking to had just stood there so I asked what was going on the kids was explaining to the police and myself what was going on which was an employee came out cussing them out, calling them out of their names, and tried to run them over the officer replied "to the kids they were just words, words dont hurt nobody and what did they do" the kids that did not run said they didnt do anything that they was just standing there waiting on their rides to come pick them up my son then told me as well as the officer the guy almost ran him over that he had to run out of the way. they told the officer that the driver worked in CC's the officer told the kids that he would make sure the matter is handled. I walked into CC's to talk to the the manager the officer then joined me the manager gave the officer the info of the employee the officer tried to call the employee but didnt get an answer I told the office that I was upset because he wasnt really trying to get to the bottom of the situation as I was complaining to the officer the driver and his friend was pulling up going back into the store the kids then told the officer the guys were back and were about to walk back into CC's the officer stopped them and talked to them and that was it by that time there was only three kids left I told the officer I wanted to file a complaint before he got the paper work out the told the kids "a false statement is a crime " they said that yes they knew that. The officer then repeated to the kids not one but two more times that a false statement was a crime they told him again that they know it was a crime.I then got even more upset and asked the officer what was he trying to imply to the kids I told him basically he had already judged them and was calling them liars I told him to just let them right their statements. the following day I went to CC's to talk with a manager a gentlemen came out to speak with me I spoke with to me I was asking him did he hear about the incident that happened the prior night he said he didnt hear of it I then was explaining to him what went on and that the police was called he then told he that the employee was just trying to clear out the parking lot I told him that it wasnt handled in a professional was and that innocent kids could have been seriously hurt I then asked for thr corporate number because I didnt like the outcome I got from him I didnt even get an apology. He wrote the corporate number on a card I then wasen him what was nis name and position the told me his name and told me he was the owner of that store. I then checked back with the police department the officer on duty that night had closed the case with out investigating into it more. I was really upset I then filed a complaint on the officer I dout if anything was done to him I live in a small town and everybody is in a buddy buddy system around here thats why I'm writing to higher powers to see if something could be done about this situation and to make sure it dont happen again.

First time me and my boyfriend saw cici's commercial the lady grabbed salad, pizza, and a sticky bun. Within 10 second my boyfriend was in the bathroom throwing up. Next time he did the same. 3 months later we just saw a new commercial. I thought he was pretending when he said he was gonna throw up... but before the commercial was over he was throwing up. I never seen him throw up from a commercial or food for as long as I been with him. Its sick the combination They show on TV. No one should eat salads n pizza n sticky buns. Its not a good combo. I can never go there because of their commercials.

Some stores are corporate and follow headquarters while some stores are franchises and are owned and operated by hard working AMERICANS (which I'm geussing you are not) so they cannot always compete with the huge discounts corporate can offer. That's why at the end of the commercials or at the bottom of the screen they always say "PARTICIPATING STORES FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY".

Besides, if you don't want to pay the extra freaking dollar without putting up such a fight then you shouldn't be going there anyway... I don't want people like you sitting in the same restaurants as people like me.
