My wife bought the item on March 11th 2023 which she used paypal to purchase it, I got it on March 15th I first and foremost the item was smaller than the photo and it wouldnt hold a charge I contacted the company by email and a representative emailed me a shipping label which I shipped the same day in the meantime her and I kept our eyes on the tracking to make sure the company received the item which they did as you can see by the proof I tracked it. I emailed them about my refund they didnt acknowledgment me so I submitted a dispute with paypal then when that happend the company magically reached out to me by email and said to cancel it and they would provide me the refund so I did and little did I know by doing so paypal wouldnt help me after the fact since this company ghosted me took my item and my money. To this day we continue to call them and they dont call us back at all since when you call them they have one number and you never talk to anyone you are obligated to leave a voicemail and they never call me back at all.
Desired outcome: Refund
