Upon arrival we order beverages, and biscuits were served made mention of 9th year anniversary celebration, we are talking and no food has came out for us, but we are out of biscuits so we asked for more and are told their out, not sure if they will cook more... Meanwhile other people around us have their food and eating 45 to 50 mins later our food comes out and I'm looking at my plate and my wife's plate like what's this cramp, our plates were nasty, food was cold and it looked like someone just threw food on the plate it was terrible terrible food presentations, I would never have expected to receive this sort of treatment that we were given, the manager Casey was being very patronizing and unconcerned after three attempts to get our ticket adjustment it obvious that we werw being targeted and the shunning was on purpose, we finally ask another waiter who just starting his shift if he could get Rafael so that we could give him his tip...Our celebration was a total disaster I have never been so humiliated for me and my party it will truly be an event to forget but how because of the occasion, we sat there for another 30 to 40 min and no one ever came to say hey is everything okay sorry for the "inconvenience" we were made to feel like we wasn't wanted in the place and that is how we left feeling, very uncomfortable
