I placed an order through the sonic app on 08/03 and was charged for the meal but no meal. The manager at the store informs me that I would have to call customer service in order to receive a refund. Ok, I'm mad as hell! How the hell can they not refund or honor a meal ordered through their app. Needless to say, I called the # and was advised that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Well, today I called and was informed that the refund had been processed and that I should contact my bank. I then I asked when was my refund processed and the lying associate informs me on 08/03. I placed the order on the 3rd but didn't contact customer service until 08/06. As much as I love Sonic's food, I'm done and I advise DO NOT use their app for ordering food!
Sonic Drive-In - No bacon on either order
We ordered large and medium tatchos and was looking forward to it since we had tried them once and they were fabulous. This time, however, they were undercooked and there was NO bacon and entirely to much Baja sauce, not to mention the wait was too long for the order to arrive. After we ate the tatchos, my coworker whom was looking ever so forward to, became nauseous and had to leave her work... all this in the middle of COVID-19. This is not a store to which I will return
