Family Dollar - I have money stolen from me for my cash app

On July 5th I went to family Dollars my total came to $76 because I asked for $50 cash back I swiped my card the lady said it only took a dollar and 28 cents off and I had to swipe it again and then she gave me my $50 that I asked back but it took 250 off twice when I tried to tell her that it took it off twice she was argumentative I was showing her what it took that money off my card twice she will not try to help me resolve this issue another employee offered to count her draw down and she will not do it I have called went to the store I've done everything and I have not got any satisfaction I will post this every day until someone help me I'm on disability $50 is a lot of money to me and to have somebody to take it from me is unacceptable

Desired outcome: I would like my money back

Family Dollar - My cash app card charge me twice but taking money off and I only took $50 off this transaction happened back to back where they took $50 off my card

On July 5th I went to family Dollars I bought $23 worth from products from your store and I asked for $50 cash back it took $100 off my cash out card the time was about 4:15 it was two transactions back to back because the lady said it did not take my card and when I was trying to explain to her took $100 off she argued with me and told me that there was nothing that I could do about it the other employee asked her can she count her draw down and she got very upset with the other employee all I want is my money back I think that is so disrespectful but this employee to be so rude and not even try to look into what was going on I went back another following day and she embarrassed me your manager looked at my receipt and saw where the error was and told me to contact corporate office I have been a long customer of family Dollars for a lot of years and never have I ever been treated the way I was treated over my money that employee need to be ashamed of herself and I honestly think she's a thief so can you please investigate my situation please I'm going to fix income I don't have an extra $50 to give to nobody please help me thank you very much

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my $50 that was taken off my cash app card they took $100 from me totaled I didn't ask for $100 I asked for 50 I'm also enclosing a copy of my cash app transaction and the receipt
