Tech deceived me to go into my garage to show him the "attic access" (because I always closely watch strangers in the house), and then, whilst I was still in the garage waiting for him to return there from a trip to his vehicle, he re-entered the house (room) through the front door in order to temp. be in the room alone in order to temp. sabotage an HDTV cable by unplugging it, but, he was here to do a modem install (a harassment act for I am a Targeted Individual or TI), so, why would he touch one of the HDTV cables which was working the night before and located over 8 feet from the where the modem was installed? (because these are the kinds of gaslighting tactics used upon TI's in that I was interupted when I had to find the problem and plug it back in, therefore, chumping me out of my time to do so and because it was a gaslight to the fact that he had done something surreptitious whilst alone in that room. I also believe he put a spider in that room (because I saw it crawling away from where he was just standing) and this was done in order to represent the "web of deceit" associated with the perps who carry out this form of psychological abuse(s)/harassment against/upon TI's [see http://narcissisticbehavior.net/the-effects-of-gaslighting-in-narcissistic-victim-syndrome/] for a very good explanation of how a TI is treated and search online for other info on the subject matter of "targeting" via "gangstalking" (I've had this same thing done to me before many times, but, you see, these acts are always done with "plausible deniability", so, there is nothing I can do about it other than report the kind of anomalous/surreptitious game(s) of deceit and form(s) of harassment detailed herein).
The service/speed seemed to be OK for a day, then, had sporadic service/speed interruptions, especially during peak hours on weekend nights, so, it appears that sat. dish service/speed is NOT as fast/good as the hardwired DSL line I had before (maybe throttled), but, the co. promises better speed/service in the future which is supposedly/ultimately going to be faster than said DSL line, so, going to keep it for now unless disruptions become too prevalent (we'll see how she does in "stormy" (rainy) weather).
Also, had to supply my own wireless router whereas the DSL line modem it was built-in.

Update:
The account holder & said install tech stated that satellite dish internet service was being installed, but that is NOT what was going on, in that, a coax cable between the street and the house was installed and it's still DSL service with the same speed as before, thus, they both lied to me in order to make me appear as being crazy (this is the sort of mistreatment that i have to constantly deal with as a TI). I now believe that said service change was only to maintain a static IP address, instead of dynamic address, and such was done so that any/all perp(s) who wish to block online access from me may simply disallow said static IP Address from entering their sites.
