Went to drive thru, one car in front of me, got to window, paid, got receipt. Must have been shift change, food was not delivered to me at the drive thru window until 6:40 pm, waited 12 minutes, no one spoke to me, explaining delay. When food was handed out, the personnel lunged the bag at me, no thank you, no nothing. Was very disappointed with this experience.
