I started their services in July. Since then I have been without television service a total of approximately 2 months and internet a week. So far, it's still out. I asked for a discount on my bill and was told that they couldn't do anything for me. Any time that I've called their customer service number I've had to wait for a minimum of 20 minutes and the people who answer are rude and in pleasant.
