I have been staying at the La Quinta in Waxahachie for 3 weeks. The housekeeping staff does not wear their masks. The desk staff al do their own thing. Sometimes I get charged $15 for laundry service and sometimes $10. The one that charges me $10 told me they get a cut of the $ for doing the laundry that's why the price is different!? The hotel is dirty. I have smears of I'm not sure what on my wall and sink base. The desk phone is dirty. The lobby smells like something dead. The hallway on my floor has trash collecting for two days in the end of the hall and by the elevator before its emptied, and smells like old rotten food. The washer and dryer have been broken since we arrived. There is dog food in the halls and elevators and the floors are constantly caked in brown stuff in lobby and halls. There are kids slamming doors and yelling in the hall on second floor through 0300. The kids are staying on one room on one floor and their parents are in a seperate room on a different floor. There is dog [censored] everywhere and you have to watch where you walk constantly. The hot water went out on my floor. I had cold water for 2 days and luke warm water for the past 4 days. I am working a covid assignment and have been on the road for 16 weeks, working 6 days a week. This has been the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.
Desired outcome: Improvement of hotel for duration of my stay
