This company is ripping off their customers since the new managers.
The tried to rip me repeatedly. When my new impala was brought in for and oil change, I was told that I need a new oil pan gasket replacement, I refused and have drove for eight years without losing a drop of oil. Each time I brought my car in I was told that something needed to be done. It was never needed.
Now I brought in my 96 silverado for an electrical problem. Again I was told I need a new battery. (I had just bought a new battery that was under warrantee) So they could do the testing without the new battery, and charged me for $45 for the testing they didn't do. The auto shop checked the battery and the alternator, and told me I needed a new alternator that was putting out too much power and overcharging the battery.
I'm very tired of them trying to rip me off"
Please check them out. Customers should not be treated this way!
