My name is Avery Houskeeper
I purchased my second RV in January at the Draper Utah store. This was only 14 months after my first purchase. I was informed at the time that my warranty or service contract on my first purchase would be refunded for the unused portion of the contract.
In June I inquired as to why the refund was not sent to me. A inquiry of the refund was done by Tom at the Draper Utah finance department. He informed me that the request was sent but not acted on. He refiled the paperwork and stated I would need to respond to an email the contract company would be sending me. No emails have been received to this date.
Since September I have requested to speak with anyone in finance and I leave messages for them as they never answer the calls. I have left more that 30 messages and no one responds. I am at the point of involving my Lawyer. I have not been told the amount of the refund either. If this is not resolved within the week I will be left with no choice. Then you can pay my Lawyers fees and compensatory fees for my time and efforts. I can be contacted at [protected].
