National Fitness - they hold your money

I am a club owner and have used National Fitness membership software for 12 months, Dec 2015 - Nov 2105. They owe me $6, 827.22. They stopped paying me my membership dues in Sept 12th, 2015, however they have been collecting from my members each month. National Fitness Membership software of Layton Utah has sent a few payments through, in the ballpark of $1, 000 since Sept 12th... however they have not contacted me to notify me of the issue and when I contact them they give me the run around. I have called roughly 20 times in the last 60 days and there appears to be no hope. I am in the process of switching to MindBody Online.

I am also a gym owner and they continue to collect my members dues without sending me our revenue. I have received so much run around and now their phones are disconnected. They owe us $5000 now. They owed us more but through a ton of badgering and finally speaking to their lawyer we received some payments. bottom line is that they are thieves. That lawyer no longer works for them either. They take our members money-- show on the on line portal that they dispersed the money to you but if you check your accounts there are no deposits. I am looking for others who are being stolen from to do a class action lawsuit. I found out from the Utah Consumer Protection Agency that they know about their practices of stealing for years! They cannot do anything because its business to business not consumer to business. I am in contact with the FTC and their local Atty Generals office. If someone reads this and your a victim also please contact me at jeff@optimalsporthealthclubs.com - there is power in numbers and the owner of National Fitness (Bailey N Hall) belongs in prison.

National Fitness - was not allowed to speak with a supervisor and was told a supervisor would not call me back

Due to the breach in security at Target, my bank sent me a new card. I just got the card and yesterday gave it to the girl at the front desk at my gym. Go to my gym today and was told that I am behind on my payments and have incurred a $28 late fee charge. Called National Fitness and was transferred to billing and collections. I cannot remember the girl's name that I spoke with but she provided me with terrible customer service. Told her what happened and she said that she could refund half, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told SUPERVISORS DO NOT TAKE INCOMING CALLS ... I have never been told this before with any business...asked to have a supervisor call me and was told SUPERVISORS DO NOT CALL BACK IN REGARD TO THESE SITUATIONS ...I was and still am irate over this! I have worked in billing and collections for Fortune 500 companies and this is not how you treat a customer and a supervisor's job, especially in customer service, is to take angry customers and make them happy (I know from experience)...I have never been late on any fees with them, just didn't want the late fee charge because it was not my fault. I told her that this is ridiculous and will cancel the card so they will not get any money from me, and she put me on hold for a few minutes, spoke with the "supervisor" and said they will waive it as a courtesy...courtesy? This is the right thing to do and should have been a no brainer to waive the fee. This company should not try to take advantage of customers..Obviously their sharks when it comes to money and I will be filing a civil suit against them because this is not how paying customers should be treated!
