In smith is on the 980 E. Fort Union Blvd. Idvale, Utah 84047. My nephew and I were decimated from the manager store. She refused to give us service while we were waiting online cashier. She said she's not attending Mexicans wet balls. So she calls to help as ladies white. That she was behind us. I told her. Why? That's discrimination. And she said we need to leave her store and was screaming very bad words. And she screamed to the whole cashier. That l was down. And l have to leave her store. L told them. She refused us because she's not attending wetbacks. My kid nephew is crying, terrified. Asking why? Her name is Jeanette. I try to explain to a Mexican woman working in customers service as well. And is her assistant. But, she gave the side to her. [protected]. You can check cameras and see that happens on 9+1-2023. Between 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. My name is Miriam. Just. On March 9 (Thursday) at 5:15pm after my full time job I was also doing a side job (instacart) where I’m doing groceries for people. I took the order from Smith’s Fort Union Boulevard Midvale Utah and while I was on a counter, I have 3 orders for 1 batch and I informed the cashier right away. It was understable for the bagger he doesn’t know what the instacart is i mixed everything but the cashier named Brenda on that store clearly said “Let her figured it out that’s her problem not us, she doesn’t know what she’s doing” I asked Brenda if she has a problem with instacrt shopper and if that’s how she treat an instacart shopper, is it because those are not my personal groceries you will treat me that way? I told her this is the worst experienced I have had from Smiths and then she added “then don’t come back here and shop somewhere else” I asked her name and she said do you want me to call my manager for you? This cashier completely crossed the line and doesn’t know how to deliver customer service. Another cashier jumped in and ready to back her up, like this store has cashiers that treated me like I am nothing, shopping for somebody else. I was totally discriminated by these people. Stop hating people doing sideline jobs and throwing odd words. Plus i am an asian is that also the reason why you guys treated me like this? My experience was horrible and I don’t wanna continue to do my side job. I was traumatized that I am going to be treated again like that.

The assistant produce manager ignores me Everytime when his friend denis is there visiting.
who isn't a smiths employee is always chatting about random stuff.
This isn't professional to have friends come while your working and allowing this so called customer to chat in back room, I know for a fact he isn't a co-worker. this guy don't shop just talks for an hour to Erik Fox because the routine is the same for a hour or longer. please have a talk with Erik fix about him being professional and chat on break

Store 85 manager Jimmy is always on heavy weed
Everyday not perfecinal! Doesn't get [censored] done correctly screws up orders and schedule is bad...
Does his assistant wrong and leaves him hanging and not in the loop.

This is an issue the store needs to do drug test again.
