I placed an online order today, 9/15/22 at 9:16 a.m. at my local HARDEE'S 2053 7551 Richmond Hwy, Appomattox, VA 24522. I used 300 points for one item, Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, and then paid for the rest of my order which totaled $16.61. I received my confirmation email and clicked on the highlighted area MAKE MY ORDER just before I left to pick it up. When I got to the order box I gave them my name for pickup and was told they didn't have an order for me. I was directed to the pickup window and said I was there for my order and was told they had no such order. One employee asked me what I had ordered and as I was telling her she walked away from me as I was still talking! I was talking to empty air. A few minutes later she came back and again asked what my order was. I told her that I just gave her my order but she had walked away from me while I was talking. Then she asked for my phone to see the order. I told her I don't have a cellphone and I placed the order on my computer, so she asked for the confirmation email. Of course, I didn't have that because all previous times I've placed orders this way I am told I don't need the email, so I didn't have it. She said, "I just can't give you that much food." Well, give me a break! I wasn't trying to steal food, which is what she made me feel like. I paid for it and used up 300 points. She made me pull ahead past the pickup window and came out sometime later saying she had called her manager and she couldn't just give me all that food. I wasn't asking her to "give me" the food, I had paid for it. I told her I planned on filing a complaint and would contact the bank to start a dispute for the payment as I did not receive what I paid for.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded AND my 300 points returned to my account balance.
