My name is Chris Robinson, I live at 3810 McTyres Cove Rd, Midlothian, Virginia 23112. Rebecca Newcomer sold me windows that I was not aware that would need HOA approval.

The windows were sold with screens and the new addendum doesn't include screens and I want screens added to the new addendum without additional screen charges. Rebecca has voided one DocuSign contract after another for one reason or another because I notice technicalities and bring it to her attention. The last addendum said I had three business days to cancel, Rebecca voided addendum again and said I was basically stuck with my original contract.

I have decided to have another company come out to give me an estimate with screens included and I've been basically told there is nothing I can do by Rebecca.

The three-day grace period was not an issue as I want windows, the grace period became an issue when the guy showed up to measure for the windows. The gentleman measuring explained what windows he was measuring for; I told the guy the windows he was measuring for were non-compliant, he measured for the correct windows and put everything on hold.

The new amount for the compliant windows went up $1500 from the original contract we agreed to and the new addendum doesn't include screens, I want screens included in new addendum with no additional cost, my window agreement went from $5000 to $6500.

I showed Rebecca windows across the street from my home, she understood how the new windows would have to be to be compliant. Rebecca selected the wrong window which was possibly an honest mistake. I just want the new agreed upon windows to include screens without another upcharge.
