NonStopDelivery [NSD] - Delivery

Your Customer Service is a joke. You apparently do not care and your ratings all over the internet tell the story of a company that does not care and should not be named nonstop anything! tracking number is 6620172. I was on hold for 45 minutes with you continually asking me to hang up and then you hung up on me and no matter how many times I called back or from what number as soon as I put in the tracking number I was disconnected. You have my item in your Kent warehouse and you lied to the Amazon representative that you needed to reserve a ferry and obtain a special permit to get to Vashon. More than likely you deliver with some third party once a week. So I am faced with waiting six days. I will continue to put my story out there on social media until you have the courtesy to talk to me.

Desired outcome: Deliver my item.

The phone and chat service is a joke. Tracking says my package is on the island that is 13 miles long. And will not be delivered for six days. The tracking number is 6620172. I have been hung up on twice after waiting the first time for 45 minutes. I have not been able to chat with anyone for 20 minutes.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] - Shipping

I ordered a vanity from Home Depot. NSD is the shipper, estimated delivery was April 11. I was delighted to receive an email on 3/30, product would be delivered on 3/31. I live on a mountain, a very steep gravel drive 1/3 of a mile long. No delivery truck can get here without serious safety concern. I cleared this with Home Depot, that I would be able to speak with shipper and provide instructions, I would have to meet driver at the end of the road and use my trailer to get the package to my house. I've been on the phone constantly for 7 hours. I've requested more than 20 call backs. I've sent messages on their website, I've sent emails. I've waited hours for customer service representative to enter chat. Finally she arrives, eureka! "Good Morning thanks for contacting NSD my name is Jessica may i start by getting your tracking number please". I provide tracking number, I get no response. Sigh.

I have done everything I can to ensure the safety of the driver and to prevent any damage to my road or my home. I have everything documented, and I have informed NSD that any liability as a result of their staffing is on them. I have contacted my attorney to inform him.

My advice? If you are in the least bit concerned about the delivery process and you are informed that NSD is the carrier, cancel immediately and find another product at another vendor that will not have NSD deliver.

Desired outcome: No clue, still hoping to speak with someone

April 2, 2022, I ordered a reclining sofa and two love seats from Amazon, NSD was the delivery service. The sofa was to be delivered around April 14th and then a week later the love seats. After not receiving it and tracking and calling NSD I contacted Amazon. They went above and beyond trying to find out where my furniture was. The customer service rep finally reached NSD and was told it would be another week because it wouldn't be fair to the people expecting deliveries to wait while they delivered my order. Needless to say I cancelled the order and received a refund from Amazon, end of story, noooooo. Today 5-2-22 we went to Ashley Homestore and bought new furniture, when we returned home a box that looked like it had been thru hell and back with fork lift holes in the box was on my front porch. it was the reclining sofa I has previously ordered and cancelled. Had to go thru Amazon again and with their help another freight company will be picking up the box this coming Friday. If you ever buy something and they tell you NSD is the freight company, be very afraid and run, run just as fast as you can, it's probably not going to end well

NonStopDelivery [NSD] - Delivery services

I had a scheduled delivery for march 1 between 10 - 2pm. I took off work and waited at home all day for my new lawn mower, even though it did not need a signature, because I did not want it waiting out front all day long. I get my 30 minutes heads at 1:30. I never saw it by 2pm, so I looked at my tracking number again and it said "customer unavailable - going back to sender". First of all... I was home all day... Second of all, I answered to call... And third of all, I didn't even need to be available for them to drop it off at my door.

Desired outcome: Delivery TODAY MARCH 1, 2022, or a major discount for the delivery driver being too lazy to do his job and drop it off at my house when he was already in the area.
