Our new office manager went in to introduce herself and see what she needed to do as far as paying the yearly account and get her name added to the membership. The associate was very rude and went into a spill about how she could not talk to her. Ok, that's fine, so I call as the primary who is hours away and explain our office manager has stepped down and the new manager would need a card. She was there to get our office supplies. They again would not talk to her, nor me for that fact and continued to say that this is how she was instructed to handle customers when they need assistance of this type. She glared at our employee the entire time she was on the phone with me and never apologized for her tone. This is at the Charlottesville, VA store.
Desired outcome: at this point we are canceling our membership and going to Costco
