I recently was at outback trying to have a great new years eve with my boyfriend. Outback steakhouse is our #1 place we always choose because service is usually very well along with the amazing food. Unfortunately this time we ordered our usual steak but this time the steak was very dry and tough. Our sides was cold. It for sure was a disapointment, especially trying to enjoy new years eve. We only seen our waitress once after bringing our food to our table and an hour later we finally got our check. We was so disappointed we just paid and left. This is very unlike outback to have poor customer service and in my opinion non eatable food especially paying $50 for it. I want to go back to try it again since its our favorite place to eat but im not willing to pay $50 for food you can barely cut into and is cold. Very disapointed.
