They are selling services that they can't fulfill. I signed up in August 11, 2023 but now I can't get an appointment until December. I keep calling and they say they will check with the scheduler and call me back. They never call back. I have asked for a refund, and they say they will check with the scheduler and call me back. They never called back, even with a promise to call back the same day.

One appointment was cancelled because someone was out sick and will call to reschedule, but never called.

I want a refund of $4880.20 less the $400 discount.

I signed up for Ideal Image services in September or October and spent a lot of money to pay for their services. The last two times I went for service, equipment was broken so they couldn’t finish my treatment so I had to come back the next day after taking more time off from work.

Today I had to wait 15 minutes and then got the gel applied to my face and then they realized the machine was not working so once again I have to reschedule. Not only this appointment but the subsequent one for the last treatment which is supposed to be on 1/31. Now that appt has to be postponed because there is a time restriction on how far apart treatments can be.

I’m just saying why can’t they have effective working equipment and why do they not have any backup parts? I waited 6 weeks for my appointment and made arrangements at work for time off and I have to keep rescheduling things at work around these treatments. I have not heard back yet on a new appointment. Very unhappy with the services. Not worth the money so far.

In or about in july 2015, i too went for the free consult for the sculpting. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I had did some homework on cool sculpting and previous was scheduled to go to another Dr. for this procedure (should have stuck with that Dr.) and it was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper! I was told that they do a little more for your money then the other "smaller" private doctors because they are the only ones that use the larger devices. Well...After my treatment i was very sore as i had expected but within 3 days after looking at the area, i had a open sore on both sides of my stomach from the machine embedded into my stomach. I went to my doctor who indicated that it does appear that something was clamped onto my stomach to cause this open wound. I contacted the facility and they asked me to take pictures and send it to them. After they receiving the pictures I was asked to come in so they can take pictures as well. I was given a topical antibiotics and sent home with I'm sorry this happen and this doesn't happen often at all. I was dismissed and told that it probably came from clothing or girdle i had on. I said absolutely not! i couldn't even wear anything on my stomach for at least a week after the procedure! and her comment was yes I see you had your pants under you stomach when you came in! dah! I'm current seeking legal actions for my injuries caused by this.. I tried getting it resolved before taking legal actions but after contacted corporate basically nothing was done... Beware the result also are not as they described either. Great customer service before signing the contract but after it almost as if they say I gotcha and lets get this done so we can move on to another victim! after over 4000.00 I'm beyond disappointed!
