Motel 6

My husband and I has been at this hotel since March of this year year. We have not complained about anything even though we could have complained but we stayed to ourselves and we'll abided by the rules. For some reason they moved us a week ago to room 237 from 247 and they put us in a filthy room. Looks like drug users the bathroom for all their drugs because the bathtub is marked up with brown marks everywhere. Mold is at the foot of the bed, the floors are nasty, roaches everywhere! Spiders are in there too. I went to the front office and the lady wouldn't even talk to me and I told her I was the wife of Mr Hodges and treated me like a nobody, like I didn't matter. I was told she will only speak to Mr. Hodges, so I had to go back and get my husband so he could tell him the same thing. My husband is a retired Military and so am I. There's no reason to treat people this way. She refused to move us back and the room is empty. For a company to go so far as to make you uncomfortable but want your money is beyond me. We were staying here until we found a place to live, but since this lady want to be rude, we will asked to be moved to another hotel. Hotel owners, be aware of who you hire because customer service is what help brings your ccompany success and make us want to come back. We've been here going on 6 months, and still showed no respect, gratitude, customer service, nothing!

I had a recent stay at the 865 N Military Hwy Norfolk Va location, the floors were filthy, kitchenette barely working, torn and broken lampshades, broken air conditioner, soiled linen on beds, refrigerator with tissue inside, drug paraphernalia on the table in the room, dirty very dusty dresser / tv stand, microwave couldn't turn inside due to parts inside of it that dont belong, the bed was so close to the air conditioner I could sleep on it, sheets were dirty and something bit me while sleeping.. Loud people outside of room door all night. I'm very dissatisfied.

Stayed at the motel 6 located at 853 N. Military Highway in Norfolk VA
3 day stay it way a nightmare they do not replace the bed sheets for 3 days we were told they only make the beds the floors were dirty so you hand to wear your sandals
Only two towels we given per day and if we wanted more towels we had to return our towels and get them ourselves we didn't get bars of soap nor cups to drink in
On our last night when we returned later that afternoon our room was not cleaned I called the front desk and (Shay) told me they were short staffed and she would send someone over to clean it guess what? They never showed up my wife then called only to hear they were gone for the day.
It rained hard also and water came in thru the door and windows leaving a puddle and they were unconcerned about it and refused to send someone over to mop it up anyone could have slipped and fell
Parking lot seemed like it was the place to meet up for drug transactions and who knows what else
Overall...I will never stay another night at any motel 6 they don't seem to give a crap about you or anyone for that matter...your stay in hell will be better than your stay at a motel 6
