I placed a delivery order around 9: 00 PM on 08/17/22 for a medium pan pizza with beef, the Wednesday special for the boneless wings (8) Honey BBQ and a large chocolate chip cookie. The estimated time for delivery was 20 - 30 minutes in which did not happen. I was not to concerned with the delivery being about 15 - 20 minutes late but, I was livid when I opened the pizza box and saw that the pizza did not look eatable. There were holes and missing pieces in the pizza as if someone had picked off of it and then when I lifted a slice out of the box, I found a hard, black piece of plastic textured material that looks like it could have easily choked one of my small children had they swallowed it before me seeing it. The pizza looked pretty dry on the crust area, but the bottom of the box was full of grease and hard as if it had sat there for a while after it was made. I immediately called back to the store and spoke with Cassandra Norris who was rude enough to say when I explained what the pizza looked like and the plastic material that was on the bottom of one slice. "Well, I can assure you that nobody picked up a slice and bit it and I didn't cut it, so I don't know what it looks like, but I could make it over" but with an attitude and I immediately declined and asked for a refund. She rudely said "Well bring the products back to the store for a refund" I had to put small children in the car and drive to the store which I was trying to avoid and that's the reason I ordered delivery.
Desired outcome: I would just like a simple apology and for the employee I was speaking with to understand good customer service.
