I ordered a rug from Bellacor.Wonderful folks when ordering.
However, when the rug arrived with the fringe damaged...customer service supervisor was AWFUL! There was red rug bleeding onto the white (and sometimes brown) fringe. Photos clearly demonstrated this. The customer service rep was apologetic and friendly...and agreed with me.
When it came to getting the return shipping charges refunded, her supervisor would not speak to me. Lied about calling me back. This went on for two weeks. Finally got an email saying as a "courtesy" they would refund 1/2 the return shipping...but treated me like I was lying about the damage.
Bellacor NEVER SEES THEIR PRODUCT. They take the word of the manufacturer and trust the anonymous manufacturer to deem whether there is damage or not. Bellacor treats their CUSTOMER like they are lying...despite taking multiple photos, emails, time, not to mention the pain in the neck and roll of packing tape it took to repackage their rug in what was left of their skimpy original packaging. They do not trust or value their customers and the supervisors are shielded from the customers and just send rude emails.
No return call.
No explanation other than they take the word of the manufacturer with the vested interest OVER THEIR CUSTOMER WITH PHOTOGRAPHS AND A TRACK RECORD OF BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER.Never again.
