I like Sheetz, and usually stop when I'm on the road and need gas.
Couple visits to the above store the last couple weeks has been below my expectations and pleasant experience with other Sheetz locations.
1. first visit. no receipt given at pump. long line inside of people waiting to check out, only one clerk working, and when I got to him, he had no idea how to print a duplicate receipt for the gas purchase. Had to resort to taking picture of the pump reading showing amount and # of gallons. no soap in the windshield cleaner container, only water.
2, second visit. Got receipt but print too light to read. Again resorted to taking a picture.
Claimed loss: no loss, only great aggravation and disappointment with the visit
Desired outcome: This store needs some attention. Clerk needs training and someone needs to check the print quality and soap at the pumps.
