On 09/15/2023 My rate for this place is a 4 The only reason why i rate it a 4 is because when we first arrived at 11:30 pm the gentleman at the the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. To start we had to inspect two room in which both of them had a foul smell and burn holes on the entire bed sets. Finally the third room, after the guy told us if we didn’t like this one he would give us any room and no refund, had a couple burn holes on the bed set , Toilet seat also they are sheltering families that are hanging out and staring at you weird like your not supposed to be there. We were tired so we accepted the room , the awful customer service and called it a day. We like the fact that we can bring our dog without a cost but other than i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Red Roof Inn - very rude receptionist and terrible attitude
I recently stayed at the rri at this location and there was a older white female in her maybe late 60s who was staying in a room underneath me for a while and she had 2 big dogs and one tiny dog and the dogs barked and scratched on the walls all day and half the night and the barking was so loud that the floors were vibrating I work from 12pm -9am and I called and complained almost everyday and night when I was home. There's a medium set african american woman at the front desk with a terrible horrible attitude when I would could she was just so nasty and rude about my complaint. This is how the last complaint that I filed to her sounded like over the phone. (Guest>hi I am so sorry to bother you but there is a lot of barking going on downstairs and I already have a headache I would like to know if someone could maybe call and ask to maybe have the owner to calm down or control her dogs... (Receptionist.. What dogs maam! Are you talking about the owner has left thats why they are barking dial tone... She just hung up and evertime I call she was so very rude and she sits on her # and does nonthing but get a attitude with customers
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
