Haynes Furniture - Haynes furnature sales agents are a bunch of liers.

Haynes Furniture Furniture buyer beware, this company will do and say anything to get you to purchase furniture from them to include the extended warranty.

we spent almost $4000 on a sectional and extended warranty solely because the the sales agent Sally Coyne-Coll(something) stated that any damage to the couch was 100% covered. called the warranty company today about fabric tares and support damage only to find out that nothing is covered. called the Haynes customer cares department only to find out they wont do anything about any of it. only to say they cant control what their sales agents say and what the warranty place will or will not cover.

I will continue to bash Haynes Furniture for the rest of my life; because i can be petty and salty as hell.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE!

Desired outcome: replace or buy back the couch at full price

Haynes Furniture - Silver deluxe dinette set (table and six chairs)

In December (28th or 29th), 2019, I purchased a silver deluxe dinette set consisting of a table and six chairs. On July 18, 2020, my grandson (weighs 50 lbs) was sitting on the chair and it collapsed as the leg broke. On July 20, 2020, I went to Haynes and the representative, named Shy took pictures and informed me that if I don't hear anything in three days, to call her. Haynes did indeed called back twice, but no on was home. I attempted to call Shy several times, but no answer. Called the number that Haynes called us from and was directed to use the chat online feature. I did that a couple times, but no answer. On July 30, 2020, I went back to Haynes and there I was advised that this was not a vendor defect. I asked to speak to the manager and was advised that the manager would call me back. Never did! Went back to Haynes, August 5th. They put me on the phone with the manager, who stated that because it is a floor model, that there is nothing they can do. Even with that in mind, I bought this on good faith as I have bought other furniture through the years from Haynes. This is the first time I've had a problem. I expect that when I purchase a product from Haynes, I expect that I am going to get something that is going to last. I'm thankful that it wasn't someone, who was heavier, that sat on the chair, because we may have had someone who was hurt. Rather disappointed that I had to make three trips over to Haynes about this. Haynes has treated us better than that in the past. Would like to have the chair repaired if possible.
