Oct. 17 sent mail certified receipt. I have receipt to proof this. And tracking number. Tracking number says in route to next location. (I know this is wrong because I sent it from warrenton to another warrenton address.) I called get jennifer. She says I have to come into office and see chrissy. Note been their twice no chrissy. She works and no one knows her hours or when she will be at warrenton. I spoke to tina the supervisor. To be told they will not pay 33.00 fee for me to do a stop payment on a check that was in that envelope. They will resend it again for free. Hello, I all ready paid for a service you didnt provide. Your not doing anything for free. Wow.. I cant resend it unless I put another written check. I cant write a check until they pay for the stop payment on the first check. Tanya calls me. Tells me they checked with their post master and consumer affairs and they have not done anything wrong. They will not pay stop check fee. Now julie is calling me. Wants tracking key to research. Omg.. Ive given it to jennifer, tina claims she researched it, tanya claims they went to consumer affairs and post master. They are all lying to me and bullying me. The employees are being bullied and cant talk. We have to do what we are told. Tina is telling us to call you. I have called tinas boss 5 times. He is too good to call me, he just passes it back to tina who passes it down to julie and tanya. I called another number but they wont talk to you unless you have a case number and your local office assigns the case number. I want usps to do whats right. Be accountable. Contact me and pay me for the stop check fee and for my original receipt for a service not provided. Then we can resend it again. Make some changes in warrenton location. Move tina and bring someone in who can promote change in a positive way and give the people the service we are entitled to and pay for.
