My company has a guest that has stayed at this hotel frequently, in fact sometimes a month stretch at at time. The most recent times I booked for her were a awful. The managers told her she could get $65 a night rate due to the frequency and length of her stays. I called to book the rooms for her upcoming stays and the person that answered the phone couldn't give me the rate, but said she would leave a message for the manager. I never received a phone call, despite leaving multiple messages, and calling a various times of the day. One stay was finally booked at the correct rate but when we got the folio for the other stay it was incorrect. I called to ask about it and the person who answered said she couldn't make any changes to rates, that the manager has to do it, I asked if the manager was there, she said no, of course, because this hotel apparently operates 24 hours without a manager on site (eye roll) I asked when the manager would be in an she said she can't give that info out. I can't imagine a hotel that the management is completely unavailable to paying customers. Jeez! I also was needing a folio for a specific amount charge to our company credit card and the person was unable to locate it for me, which I think is strange.
