On Feb 19th I traveled from Newark to Tampa on Jetblue. It was a snowy day and I anticipated delays. I was surprised to see that the it was a full flight no seats available. The flight was scheduled to depart at 1:00 p.m., they loaded the plan late and we sat in the plane for 90 minutes waiting for the plane to be de-iced. We did not take off from Newark until 3:00 p.m! With the current pandemic do you think it is safe to lock and load 200+ ppl in a plane and have them sit there while we wait for the plane to be de-iced? Not to mention that had to turn off the air when the plane was in fact being serviced (de-iced). I think JetBlue to should be more sympathetic about boarding a full flight when they knew the plane would need to be serviced.
