Had a trip scheduled out of Atlanta, GA on Feb. 16, 2025. Bad weather early morning - our flight scheduled out at 9:54 a.m. - delayed, then delay, then moved up, then delayed. We had a connecting international flight out of JFK at 8:00. The plane arrived at gate at 2:30 - but pilot timed out. Missed our flight - plane left after 7:30 p.m. - no pilot to fly it for almost 4 hours.
Claimed loss: Airline tickets. Prepaid seat assignment and early boarding. Compensation for over 3 hour delays and baggage taking over 4 days to be delivered
Desired outcome: Compensation for flight. Reimbursement for prepaid seat assignments and prepaid early boarding. 4 day baggage delivery
