JetBlue Airways mistreatment and theft

On July 4, 2017, five minutes after I boarded Jetblue flight 1824 (Lima, Peru to Ft. Lauderdale, FL), I was ordered to leave because "there was a complaint against me." I thought they were kidding. They evacuated the plane and surrounded me with eight security guards, so everyone knew I was the reason, but they refused to tell me what the complaint was despite my uncontrollable sobs and repeated pleas for an answer. Then they left me stranded at Lima airport in the middle of the night without money, a cellphone, credit card, or bank account. (I was moving residence and had cancelled everything.) I had to call a friend in the US to loan me the money to fly back, plus I'm out over $1500 for the flight they kicked me off of and related expenses.

I wrote a detailed letter to four Jetblue email addresses, explaining my story since no one ever asked me to give a statement at the airport. Forty days later, Jetblue finally told me my "crime." Apparently, on my way to the bathroom, I had accidentally bumped the person standing in front of it with the door as I hurried to relieve myself of diarrhea. Now, Jetblue has banned me forever saying that I "intentionally" smashed this person with the door (though how they could possibly know my intent is quite a claim in itself). They've ignored my request to be reimbursed for the flight, my overweight luggage charges, taxis, and hotel fees totaling $1562.31. It took me six months to save this money and five minutes for a crazy airline to steal it from me.

At the very least JetBlue should return the $803 I paid them for my flight and overweight baggage. They cannot kick me off a plane AND keep my money!

JetBlue Airways baggage claim

I didn't found one of my bags ( JFK to SFO), I fill out a baggage claim in SFO. The next one of the baggage services called me saying that he found my bag, giving me the description and telling me that he send it by Fedex the next day. It's been almost two weeks and I still waiting for my bag. Calling back and fort the SFO baggage services and the JetBlue main number but no one know what happen to my bag. No Fedex records to show that was sent and no one knows where is my bag.

JetBlue Airways air flight cancelled.

My daughter (Jordan) and I endured a great deal of frustration and hardship in our 24 hour stay at JFK. My name is Denice Wilhelm and we were on flight 1523, confirmation #ITDSTD on August 2, 2017 at 1pm. We were flying to Los Angeles. We understand that weather conditions are out of your control, but feel that there were a great many other factors that caused our flight 1523 further delay in leaving and ultimately cancelling the flight. I am sending a longer letter of explanation of the events of our 24 hour stay at JFK to corporate offices. i believe the flight was cancelled due to crew problems, and mismanagement, not weather. We had been told to wait nearby because the flight would resume shortly. A couple hours later we were told to get ready to board. Then the second crew walked off the flight deck due to lack of a co pilot. About an hour later we told the flight was canceled, 9pm. Next we were told we should be receiving an email shortly, informing us what flight we were going to be put on. That email we never received. The information on the phone lines and website were incorrect making it impossible to solve any problems or make new flight plans that way. We endured a 5 hour wait at the help desk that for several hours was understaffed. Absolutely nothing was done to assure our comfort during this period of time. We had to buy extra meals at the airport and other items for our comfort, blankets and pillows in an attempt to get any sleep. we were never advised of the possibility of flying standby on earlier flights back to the LA area. To add to the lack of sleep and frustration, I suffered a day of lost wages. A prompt response would be kindly appreciated.”

JetBlue Airways awful

This was my first experience in ordering from them. For some reason, they canceled my flight. Because of them I scheduled a bus to get the airport but had to cancel it as well. And I had to find ways to fly away and booked not very suitable tickets from different but reliable airlines. Silly me that didn't do it before.
They have let me down and I will never use them again.

JetBlue Airways unprofessional attitude

I just had my first bad experience with JetBlue. I arrived an hour early for my flight at JFK international airport and was met with nothing but frustration. The air train from long term parking to the terminal broke down. We did not arrive to the terminal until 710 and they told us the gate was closed for departure at 730 am (flight number 163 direct flight from JKF to Sarasota FL). I went to the help desk and they were terrible to me! They never apologized for my inconvenience, was not friendly, was rude and short. I was not met with someone to help me find a solution, but hostility and reluctance to help. They wanted to charge me to change my flight to fly into Tampa and then on my own dollar as well secure transportation from Tampa to Sarasota. Port authority is not their problem. The flight time being changed to an earlier time was not there problem. One woman, her name was Tasarah was mean and wanted me to just cancel my flight all together. She didn't care if JetBlue lost my sevice, in fast I felt as if she wanted to lose service all together. Her manager Diane was even worse. She had a superior attitude, speaking down to me, as if I was a child. Acted as if she was making a grand gesture by securing me on a flight to Tampa with no charge. Heather another manager didn't care and even stated she didn't care. How does this happen? Today I am sitting in an airport with my husband and two young children 3 and 4, wondering why I ever thought JetBlue would be different then other airlines? I am forced to stay in an airport from 730 to 120 and miss out on a whole day of vacation. No apologizes, no compensation, no solution. My fault, my problem. Completely unacceptable in my eyes. Unless I am met with some form of relief, I am going to be making a drastic decision not to fly JetBlue, a loyal customer of 15 years, and to cancel my JetBlue plus card. I hope there is someone who cares about Jetblues reputation and representation. Thank you. Jenna Ferris

JetBlue Airways unprofessional staff and multiple delays

I am extremely upset, angry, frustrated and disappointed with your airline. On July 30th flight#789 leaving NYC JFK to MCO. I have been a true blue member for over 12 years and I have never had such a horrible experience with your airplane until now. This flight had multiple delays and your staff acted very unprofessional when updating passengers. First delay was due to the arrival of your aircraft. Second delay was due to the cleaning and plane check up. After the aircraft being checked we were asked to board the plane. I was traveling with a baby. I boarded the plane and was told again that the flight was delayed for 2 more hours. I asked a JetBlue staff member to assist me with my stroller and was told No that she is working on other issues and to have a seat and wait for an update. She was extremely rude to me and other passengers. Your airline not only caused me to had anxiety but caused me to wait over 2 hours on a car rental line where my reservation was canceled. This flight delayed over 4 hours and only received a credit for $75.00. I have always traveled with your airline and at this point don’t if I’m going to continue to.

JetBlue Airways airline delays/changes/broken headphone jack in seat

On Friday, August 11th 2017, my mom and I were flying back to Newark NJ after our vacation in Fort Lauderdale. When we got to the airport, we got a text that our flight was delayed by two hours. Then we finally made it through security to the gate, and as soon as we found seats, they changed our gate, twice. We struggled to carry heavy things and run around looking for seats each time they changed it. Then we got texts saying the flight was delayed another hour. When we finally got on the plane, my seat, 17F, had a broken headphone jack. This meant I could not watch tv, which was absolutely awful. After many long hot hours of waiting for a flight, I had no tv. I told a stewardess, and she walked away and said to ask someone else. We are excellent Jetblue customers, and this was very disappointing. I am hoping Jetblue can do something to compensate for this awful experience.

JetBlue Airways unprofessionalism/ favoritism

I reserved a flight on JetBlue on July 21st going from JFK to Jamaica, this was my first time flying JetBlue and my last time. My problems started with my luggage, I had 2 large suitcases and a small standard carry on, I paid I think it was $60 for the suitcases, then I went to check my luggage the lady told me that one was over weight and I had to pay ok, that's $160 now, she also said that the small carry on was fine, so I paid the money, tought every thing was ok, on the line going to TSA this very rude and nasty woman came up to me, I have to check my carry on, I said what because it's too big, I said th her why didn't they tell me that when I checked the other bags, because I could have easily rearranged the things in my other suitcases in order to make the carry on smaller, she replied that's not her problem. So I had to check the carry on which turn out to be and additional $100, so in total it costs me $260 for luggage on JetBlue! Your system is ridiculous, and you guys are ripping off people, that's the reason you have your stations in different areas as oppose to one area so that you can take advantage of customers. I was very disappointed, because I took JetBlue hoping I could have save some money, but what looked reasonably ended up costing me more than I would pay on Caribbean airlines for a ticket, so the next time I will not even think about using JetBlue, and by the way I took pictures of customers who had larger carry ons than mine, and they were allowed to go on the same flight without checking them, so your policy is very selective and your staff is biased and shows favor to their own kind of people.

JetBlue Airways stewardess named jennifer on jetblue flight 1528 august 4, flight departing popat 3:56 pm arriving at jfk

I have been on many Jetblue flights and I have never taken the opportunity to complain about anyone however she really disturbed me. She was rude and obnoxious. She felt she was superior to others, her tone when speaking was unacceptable. She showed favoritism towards certain passengers. I would seriously consider taking another airline because she didn't seem to be enjoying her job.

JetBlue Airways customer complaint

My name is Evelyn Hernandez, I had purchased 3 flights one for Arelis Castillo-Hill and one for my mother Seneida Castillo whom is 75 years old, the flight was coming from the Dominican Republic to FT Lauderdale, it was flight #1048 Leaving at 3;50AM
According to the Email That flight was cancelled, they send us the Email
It was very hard for us and complicated, then they schedule us through Puerto Rico, wich traveling with my mother, with a layover it is extremely hard, the only flight they had for us was through Punta Cana on flight number 174 we had a very bad experience traveling with Jet Blue, they couldn't even find a wheelchair for my mother, we had expenses that we didn't think we were going to have, I miss a very important interview that I had schedule at 11AM. that was the number one reason why we purchased those flights, and all the expenses we had. with cabs to and front Santo Domingo, and then to punta cana, when none of this was our fault, I believe we need a credit due to the bad experience and all the B/S that we had to go through, very disappointed.

JetBlue Airways cancelled flight

I'm very disappointed with Jet Blue. This is my first time traveling with this airline and it has been a very bad experience. My flight was scheduled on Monday at 11:30 am and I received a call at 2:30 am by an automated machine saying your flight has been cancelled. There was no further instructions of what to do or if my flight will be rescheduled. I called the company and they couldn't give me an explanation of the cancellation. Didn't apologize at all! 1 person from my group was scheduled to fly on Tuesday (75 year old women in which cant fly alone) and the rest weren't even on their system to reschedule. Multiple calls were made to fix this. They have no guarantee if I will receive reimbursement or at least a voucher. I lost 2 days and lost money due to already having arrangements and all jet blue can tell me is that this happens often and there's nothing they can do. Not a very good experience. I'm very disappointed.

JetBlue Airways flight

after checking my flight status before I left daytona it wasn't until I got to the gate at 2pm I was informed it was delayed this happened three times, I arrived Boston at 10 pm not being able to go to work (lost wages) but also having to pay another day of storage on my car and all i was told is that the pilot was running behind no excuse for me. unfortunately I cannot afford to use JetBlue airways.

JetBlue Airways lost baggage

My son left from Charlotte Airport to JFK and because the flight he was originally scheduled to travel from was cancelled when he arrived the terminal was packed. He got to the terminal in time, but was told he was too late for baggage claim. He was assured his luggage would be on the next flight. 8 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIS LUGGAGE. I was told that his luggage never left the terminal, I was told this would be escalated, I was told that I would be contacted, I was told that a supervisor would call me, I was told that they (Sarcastically) are sorry that no one called me every day. JETBLUE I AM LIVID! What is the purpose of attempting to track the luggage if it is not a priority for you? This makes absolutely no sense. I WANT MY LUGGAGE, AND IT BETTER NOT COME TO BE DAMAGED!

JetBlue Airways I am complaining about a flight from newark airport to tampa flight 1973 jetblue on monday 7/17/17

My sister was suppose to arrive in Tampa airport today at 9:47pm. Her flight has been delayed 6 times.She is traveling with my two small kids. It is JetBlue flight 1973. Your airline is causing a terrible delay for me, because from 9:47 pm they are now arriving at 3am. Small children shouldn't have to be going thru this because of your company indiscretions. I want to know how will you compensate for this horrific treatment you give to passengers who have used this flight 5 times in one year. I expect a response from someone immediately and I will be calling the news channel. This is outrageous and incompetent in your part.

JetBlue Airways I will like to complain about a flight on jet blue on monday june 26 2017flight #2701from buffalo to nyci

I got to the buffalo airport at 1:00 pm on june 26 2017 to catch a 2:30 pm flight to nyc
I was inform that the flight will leave at 10 pm?
I didn't receive any notificationn or message?
Nothing.
Later a japanese passanger asked me if I had got the broacher for meals...
I said no... They never said or mention anything about it.
I had to go and implore that from the workers.
Where is the excelent service and communication skills?
I am traveling with a child and we had to wait hours and hours at the airport
Instead of the company (As it is regulated) to inform of the passanger of any delated or cancelations of the flights and us staying at the nice hotel in the mean time.
We learn by experiences and we sure learned a lot from it.
We as passanger have the right for a good service and I just hope for the future that the company be more considerate of the passengers need.

JetBlue Airways organization issues

I was supposed to be flying to Florida from JFK in NY. I was stuck in the plane for almost 4 hours and because of a policy they had to return us to the gate so we can leave. If they knew all flights were that delayed and on a long line they shouldn't have boarded us nor have us leave our gate to have to come back. We came back to the gate to find out all of our flights are canceled. They told us to go to baggage claim number 2. Then moved us to 6. Then moved us to 4. Then moved us to 3. And now we're back at 4. It was completely unorganized and they are shoving luggages at any baggage claim possible no matter how many other flights luggages are going there too. It's been almost 3 hours and I am yet still waiting for my luggage. It's very unorganized and unprofessional having everyone run around like chickens without heads.

JetBlue Airways airline

Flying jetblue since their inception. Never saw such disregard for customers as I did this morning for flight 1579 at dca this morning. Two agents who were talking to each other for 25 minutes opened their lines and started taking people from the end of the line. This resulted in some people being helped in less then five minutes to 50 minutes for others. Unfortunately this almost resulted in a fight between two customers. The lack of respect for those flying by your check-in agents was terrible and caused this problem. Will certainly reconsider my future flying options. Steve goldstein

JetBlue staff has no regard for the customers. They brush you off and rush you when asking a question. If you have a serious complaint they tell you to go the website and write the complaint. A security staff female did a very embarrassing search on my daughter and had her hysterically crying. Nothing was found. I wrote to the airlines and if no thorough investigation of this violation is done I will higher an attorney. .

JetBlue Airways gate operator personnel

on Wednesday June 20th flight #1401 jet blue that was scheduled to live fromJFK New York at 8:30 pm to Fort Lauderdale, as i and my companion were boarding the plane, the gate operator personnel name Berince told us that we had to check in our carry-on because there was no space left on the plane, we handed her our two carry-on and went to find our seats 9B and 9A only to find out that there was space available above my seat and with the permission of the flight attendant named Michelle and the head of the flight Masih I went to ask Bernice if I can have my carry-on on board with me or at least to take out my iPad and my medication .
She was very rude to me and did not let me speak by treating me in front of the flight attendant and the rest of the passengers that she will throw me out of the flight and will call the airline marshal if I don't go back to my seat, I was patrified and insulted for no reason, me and my companion were treating with disrespect, people like her gives the air line bad reputation .
on the contrary Michelle and Maish were so kind and understanding they tried to defuse the situation by speaking to her but she won't reason with them.
I will appreciate your respond to my situation.

JetBlue Airways booking of ticket

Good morning,
I booked 3 tickets for my family
From port au prince, Haiti to fortlauderdale for Lisette Fortilus; Reichen Kery Remy and Karl Emery Chery. I don't receive any up date about this. So, my credit card has been debit. Please Send me some information about that.
I have enough credit on my card. You don't send me any ticket, number Code of reservation and so ones. Why you debit my credit card. Please help me to recover my money and make the reservation for my family

I want to cancel the reservation. It made on jetblue.

JetBlue Airways flight 787 on 5/26/17

On 5/27/17, my husband and I(Megan & Donny DaSilva) along with our 2 travel companions (Kristin Bounito & Darren Gange) experienced severe delays with no regard or concern from the jetblue staff to make right of the situation. The flight was delayed early in the AM. We were told to arrive at the airport as regularly scheduled even when it was known their was no plane at the airport. We inquired at customer service and we're given an apathetic"we understand" but you need to email jet blue to see if they will due anything for you.

It is now 230 pm as I sit on a plane at the gate. We boarded 45 mins ago and continue to wait. We've been delayed now more by maintenance and now 2 crew members 'timed out' and we await new staff. These delays have cost me a day at my all-inclusive resort (the Riu). I was scheduled to arrive at 1245 and now won't get there before 8 pm. Additionally, this cost me & my husband a days work, a 1/2 days childcare, a 1/2 days dog care, a days utilization of the resort, a 1/2 day waisted for car rental & a 1/2 day waisted for long term parking of our vehicle. We also had to pay for lunch while we waited at the airport when we could have been having free lunch at our all-inclusive resort. I clearly did not need to arrive at the airport at 645 am. All these losses and not a single offer of lunch, compensation, or even sincere apologies. I'm dissapointed, frustrated and at a loss for words. No one can give me back my lost time, but Jet Blue should be accountable for compensating me for unecessary financial expenses I have incurred from this days events.
