I have insured my home auto and RV through Liberty Mutual since 2018. At the end of April 2023 I received a letter from Liberty Mutual stating that they would no longer insure my RV. I found another company that would bundle all three insurances and had insurances change over effective May 15, 2023. Liberty mutal Cancelled my home and auto and sent me notices of the cancellation and reimbursed me the remaining amount for those policies. However I did not received comfirmatiom for the RV policy. After 6 calls to their customer service line (May 9, May15, may 22, June 2, June 9) today June 16 I was informed that the Sublet Insurance company Libert insured me with will only cancel the policy on the anniversary date of the policy and that the two remaining months I had already paid for would not be reimbursed to me. I did not know that Liberty Mutual had sublet insured my Rv as the 6 month insurance primiums were paid directly to Liberty Mutual and not some other company. I have never submitted a claim to Liberty Mutual but based on my experience with their customer service people, I would recommend people think twice about using this insurance company
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed the remaining two months of my premium from May 15 2023 to July 16 2023 which is when I requested my insurance be cancelled through the customer service dept at Liberty mutual
