I bought 2 batteries from this company one for a gateway and one for a Toshiba. Five months later the one for the Toshiba was only charging to 60% I emailed BattDepot and they said they wanted the battery number. I gave it to them and they sent me an RMA#. I packaged up there bad battery and shipped it to them at my expense. They emailed me and said I sent them the wrong battery and would I look and see if I got them mixed up. My old battery would go to 100% but when on battery it would only last 10 minuets.
I emailed them back and then they took a picture of a Acer battery and claimed I sent them that battery. I don't even have an Acer computer. I am looking for other people that got screwed from this company. Class Action Law Suit. Email me at [protected]@yahoo.com
