LNI sent me to Federal Way WA office for an Impairment rating. The Doctor I saw blatently lied about the exam. I have proof because I brought a witness into the exam. The Doctor stated she performed certain things that she did not and the ones she did do, she lied about me being able to do them with out pain. I can't stand long, sit long, walk far, use a cane, and couldn't even perform some of the tasks because of the pain. It's in my records that I can't do daily normal activities unless I have surgery. But she states 0% impairment! And no work restrictions! She should be ashamed of herself.
Desired outcome: This place is clearly paid by someone to lie on LNI cases. They should NOT be allowed to perform these exams and NOT be able to submit them to the claim.

Walking in I was immediately yelled at by some “never-been-laid-properly,” bish.
The other receptionist was reasonable.
I wanted to sign a release to get a copy of MY RME.
“Karen,” blurts out; “get a copy from your lawyer!”
I reply with “I don’t have an attorney so you’re making assumptions.”
NO, you are! whines Karen-Mess 🙄
Reasonable receptionist calls medical records in Hartford and has the release form faxed over so I could sign it in person.
Next, nobody can come in the exam room.
Nope, I had an IME decades ago with Dr Ballon who was arrested for sexual harassment for pain meds…again reasonable receptionist made it known and my rude/witness sat with me.
They allowed “Karen,” in which was expected.
The doctor was suppose to exam and ask questions about what happened in detail on 9/27/97. 27 YEARS AGO details?
I complied with the weirdness then left.
I was stung by a stingray on my left ankle in 1998, got a tennis shot and had it cleaned up. He called that “a surgery.” Exaggerating nothing was expected so no panicking.
I have 2 artificial discs implanted and 5 levels fused.
Do they plan on removing it?
Paid off liars, with possible ethics violations from those of us who know better.

Any Doctor or healthcare provider that falsifies ANY medical record, has committed fraud, which is a FEDERAL Crime! Do not hesitate to report them!
I agree. I had two people examine me during an ime from MES. The tests were very basic. The report was slanted and inaccurate (even my age was wrong.) They made it seem like I diagnosed myself and dismissed the other three doctors' diagnosis. They reported that I lied about what I stated in the initial injury report but I told them exacty the same thing as what I had reported, yet they said I told them I hurt a different area of my body. So I guess I can say they are the liers. I don't even know why they were able to do the IME. They weren't even qualified in the corrected field- like a sports therapists overruling and orthopedic doctor on a bone injury. Be prepared. Record it if you can. The "professional" IME people need to be personally sued.
No good person takes money to use their credentials to falisify documents and hurt people!
